Here is my custom controller layout if anyone is finding it hard to set one up nicely. =]

 

NOTE: This is for manual shift! Xbox 360.

 

Steering - Left Stick

Gas/Throttle - Right Trigger

Brake/Reverse - Left Trigger

Shift Up - B

Shift Down - X

Handbrake - A

Weight Transfer - Left Button (Above Trigger)

Nitro - Right Button (Above Trigger)

Headlights - D-Pad Up

Horn - Left Stick Push (Push the stick down)

Special Ability - D-Pad Left

Change Camera View - D-Pad Right

Overhead Map - D-Pad Down

Look Back - Y

Look Left - Push Left on the Right Stick

Look Right - Push Right on the Right Stick

Zoom in (On cockpit view) - Push Up on the Right Stick

Convertible Top Up/Down - Push Down (NOT Click) on the Right Stick

Not a lot different between ours Diablos, although you based yours on TDU I can tell, Mine was based on Forza 2 then tweaked. =]

I made a mix between MC3's and TDU's controlls, In MC3 the brakes were both Square and Circle, so I changed the B into that, also in TDU I didn't use manual so I didn't need them =)
