edit: found it. It's from Liechtenstein, Jehle Super Saphier

1000 HP, 6500 ccm , V12 , top speed over 400 km/h (never tested though) Some sources claimed that top speed is 440 km/h.

The distinctive maker I was telling u about was Marcos. They took over the production of one car and made their first model from it. The model for guessing is a later development though...
