Bit of a late response. For Matte paint

"Open Modding tools 1.12, Select the car, Select the tab 'Colors', Click on 'Add' under Color Sets, then select 'Black Unpolished', then select 'Ok', then go into the drop down list and select 'Black Unpolished'. You then click on the blue/underlined text next to 'Main Color' and find 'Unpolished Black'. You select this, press 'Set' then press 'Save'."
