Paving over the airports?

Is this possible? It's great when you have all that space to stretch your car out but what TDU needs is some proper tarmac on those runways! Anyone any ideas?

But me thinks it would behave like the gravel it really is. I don't think there is a way to fix it right now, sorry. :(

it would alter vehicle performance too (they'd know something was up if someone was travelling at over 200mph on grass), so theres the possibility of being banned.

 

but you're right, what id give to have Honolulu airport tarmacced...clubs could hold speed trials and 1/4 mile drag racing there :thumbsup:

The roads are not moddable at this time. The actual texture you see just sits over the actual smooth road. I can remove the whole road texture, but it will still behave as a road.

 

I've tried to find a way to mod the actual land. No luck so far. It's NOT the normal .3dg used in the vehicle models. I've also tried modding the actual buildings, but they just turn invisible in game.
