    Another December has hit us fast! the year has come and gone like a blast (shut up, it has) in our tradition we've spruced the place up a bit with tduck himself wearing the hat of jolly Old Saint Nick the smash-bash lights make a(n) (un)welcome return here's a by Laurence Fishburne (:oook:) it's time to end this and give it a rest by wishing you and your family all the best :bparty: Another celebratory season is upon us and tduck has found his red Santa hat and wears it proudly atop his dome for all to see. The smashy-bashy lights are back, some decorations are scattered around and last but not least, the snow* returns too, depending on yourself it will either annoy you or make you smile. But either way I wish you a great end of 2015, have a great time with family and friends and all the best for 2016!! *Remember that the snow can be disabled via the 'General Settings' options under the 'My Account' heading at the bottom of your User CP. :santa: :xmascheers: :csmile: :xmasdrink: Best Wishes - turboduck team

    Another screen-based controller? Well I guess that worked so well with the Wii U after all. Not putting the idea itself down but the price and the cost for a replacement or to repair is one thing I do hear people gripe about who either have the console already or want to get one.

    I used the Xsara most of the time, just liked the way it looked compared to everything else. Played that game with my DFP, so good!!

    Falling off a cliff or doing multiple barrel rolls into a field and then watching it via the epic helicopter replay camera was glorious! :nuts:

    Play the Rockets vs Insurgents Last Team Standings to make some fun, quick money. I think I spent close to $30m when I heard that the prev-gen wasn't going to be updated anymore. Probably a bad idea now I see this and it makes me want to get one of the current-gens.

    The Crew Photo Mode AND MORE... An image has been posted on the official Facebook for The Crew giving a glimpse at the post-launch content planned for its future. The most exciting of these for ourselves (and many others we hope!) is shown under the 'NEW TOOLS' heading and that is the 'Photo Mode'. Even before the game was released players have been asking for it due to the setting of the game. Now finally they will be able to take those shots and capture those moments that they have been wanting to do so for so long. And it will not only be the static image fans with their Photo Mode who will have their fun as it appears there will be a 'Video Mode' too. With these two new media-capturing tools there is also the mention of: new vehicles, new tuning specs , extra Summit Rewards and Events and Enhanced FreeDrive Challenges and a hint at even more due to the AND MORE... on the bottom right. ;) It's been only about a month since Wild Run became available bringing with it updated visuals and weather effects, and the community and players are still in multiple frames of mind to how they find it, nevertheless it is good to see the intent to support being posted only a short time after. Let's just hope it is s**ner rather than later.

    So good of them to bring back the classic era tunes, these cars though I'm like who? Now if we had the Civic-alike in the NFS IV intro then yeah I'd be... :msuh3: Also I really really really want to see the El Nino return!

    In that sort of situation I'd appreciate the tech doing that, idiot shouldn't have tried to run in the first place. And in a case where you may be knocked unconscious from an impact it could be a literal lifesaver. But in the scenario mentioned above of speeding, that could be a real pita, it already is in fact with those damn average speed cameras. :fp:

    Outstanding from what I have seen and it does appear that 2016 might be another good year for racing games.

    The muted colours with the rain make the pics that more atmospheric, and that first shot has a nice contradiction going due to the bad weather but with the bright tropical blue on the livery of the car.

    Assetto Corsa: Brands Hatch One of the more famous racing circuits of the UK, Brands Hatch (Brands), is coming to Assetto Corsa in the fast-approaching Dream Pack 3. Brands, according to Kunos Simulazioni, has taken 6 months to produce from thousands of reference photos and Laserscan data and will be the fourth track to be released this year for the title, following on from Nurburgring, Zandvoort and Barcelona. Ever continuing to bring the goods to its players in the way of popular circuits being added to the ever-growing official track list available to the game. A favourite among motorsport fans, Brands hosts all manner of racing series such as the BTCC, DTM and even the British Superbike Championship and with corners such as Paddock Hill Bend, Druids, Dingle Dell and Clearways, there are plenty of opportunities to pass, but if you're not careful these can also make you look a fool and have you crawling through the gravel traps. More about Dream Pack 3 is due to come in the coming weeks and days, namely the cars and like you, we are hoping for some treats! Dream Pack 3 is due for release on December 15th, 2015 via Steam.     Rocketing onto Xbox One Smash hit car footballing title Rocket League is coming to the Xbox One in February 2016. Currently only available on PlayStation 4 and PC, the developer Psyonix has previously said it would bring the title to more platforms but had yet to say when or to what -- though Xbox One has been an obvious prime contender. And last night at The Game Awards, where it took home Best Independent Game and Best Sports/Racing Game, that was confirmed via the showing of the World Premiere trailer for the Xbox One version. A common thing with this game is themed vehicles and the Xbox One edition will itself get two exclusive Battle-Cars: the Halo HogSticker and the Gears of War Armadillo, with no doubt more platform specific machinery to come post release. Unfortunately the cross-platform multiplayer capability that the PS4 and PC currently enjoy does not look as if it will be coming to the Xbox One, not even against Windows 10 users.
