  1. Not sure if the other photos don't do it justice or what, but we washed and polished it and it looks a whole lot.. uhh.. deeper or more vibrant or something. We were talking about that but there's not much missing that'd he'd really want retrofitted. It's all little things, keyless entry, ventilated and memory seats, rear sun-blind.. that's really it, that I can think of anyway. It'd be nice to have them but nothing there is worth the money to install I guess. :hmmm: Tanks :D Ty, Mr Softie Senior is a happy man now. He can enjoy his new found life of leisure  Only 1 of your pictures are working mate but damn that's pretty! Looks very European Ford :nods:
  2. Ahhh, that's what I thought. It has 18" AMG wheels and it does seem to sit quite low, and the brakes are rather large looking. Well that explains that then  Yeah I'll do that, maybe get them to turn off the speed limiter while we're there :leaves:
  3. Yup me neither, not sure if the pictures do it justice, it's a stunning colour in person. Helmy do you have any idea what the differences are with the Sport? Does it have different suspension? :hmmm:
  4. So after 3 and a half years of... well.. never boring Lexus (or Lexbus as Calster would say) ownership my dad traded it in for something much better  Aaaand random cold start video: And if anyone here is considering a 2nd gen Lexus IS, do yourself a favour and buy the petrol... you'll save yourself some headaches :p
  5. You.. you have a nice life. :(
  6. It looks very small :hmmm: But yeah it's damn pretty. Volvo aren't the most innovating in terms of design but they make some good looking cars these days. That big ass SUV thing, XC90(?), is stunning.
  7. Yeah you don't need more than 8GB of ram, man. You'll probably find the graphics card has been refined in other ways too, it's likely more efficient and better on battery life. So yeah, I'd go for option number A. (VN7-591G-70FN)
  8. It's so ugly it's kind of cute. It's like the pug of cars.
  9. Holy lag batman! If there's a way to look through other peoples friends lists I'd be on me™'s, my username is probably some form of Mr Softie :nods: We should get a tduck session going, I haven't played in ages :panic:
  10. Lexus really don't care about dominating the market, in fact that's probably the last thing they'd want.
  11. It's true, my friend had a Scenic for a while and that thing just took little sips of fuel every now and then. And for a little 1.5 it had plenty of torque too. Unfortunately the rest of the car was also a Renault and therefore... it broke a lot. I guess if anything the Prius is a technological showcase. But why does it have to be so god damn ugly?
  12. Was just looking at those iiyama monitors, they look good and cheap :panic: Which means I can buy 2 and go dual screen  So I'm definitely looking for something with a DisplayPort connection then? I've never heard of this before :o I assume my GTX970 has a hole for this :hmmm:
  13. How do you tell? You work out whether it's a small, medium, or large sized square box :p
  14. Good [insert time-relevant expression here] guys and gals! I need some help. Within a 10 foot radius I have a collection of monitors and TVs which over the past few years have all broke (never buy Toshiba btw, that's 2 in 2 years), so anyways I need some help with what to buy next. Right now, I'm just wondering what's the difference between a monitor and a TV? Which should I buy, all I use it for is my computer (work, Netflix, gaming), so I couldn't give a toss about it being smart or having freeview or a built in DVD player. I just want a good quality screen and preferably from a brand that won't break after 18 months. :hmmm:
  15. *I like this post* I thought my internet was just being a muppet, the background image is working fine for me now too :D On my phone it was even worse, every time I logged in TDUCk wouldn't show at all  But now that all is fixed I can finally say... IT'S SO PRETTY. Really great job, very fresh and uncluttered. I will however say that the Quote/Multi-Quote buttons are in an odd place, imo :p
  16. Dear god I remember Spyro... no I feel old :bsad:
  17. Happy Birthday Dan, hope you're having, or have had(?) a good day! :) :birthday:
  18. Errrmeerrgerrrd that's the Most Wanted M3, right?!
  19. Happy birthday lad, may it be filled with sightings of ridiculous cars that none of us have ever heard of :nods:
  20. I'm not at all just quoting a guy from Belfast because I'm biased (:p)but because I thought his points on "Earth 2.0" were very interesting: It's a shame about the 2x Earth's gravity thing, because other than that it sounds like a massive possibility for finding some sort of life, like what we have on Earth. Not to mention when we finally destroy our own Earth it could have been a backup! :(
  21. "Hayley what's wrong?" "I'm so happy it hurts" D:
