Don't get high hopes, as some might know the developers are very VERY stubborn, also when they still had a full team in the beta. Nothing will happen about the handling, it is a known problem and in a Q&A some time ago on the TDU2 forums this was even confirmed, the developers were happy with how it is. And furthermore, there apparently are lots of people who like the handling. Long before even the beta a topic on the tdu2 forums was made asking the question what people prefered, simulation or arcade and a small amount of people chose arcade over simulation. A 19 page discussion, no interest from the developers at all. But as with many other very obvious problems like no custom radio the developers still do nothing usefull, they create extra useless furniture and a bike that will most likely suck too. So just to warn you, don't get excited at ALL. The developers only do the things that suits them best.

I most definately would like to help with this mod, when I get the mod I will redownload TDU2 especially for this mod:D

Can't wait untill you have fixed the physics, would love to cruise around with actual dynamic physics.

I hope you don't think the devs will actually listen to it and implement the feature. But I miss the ignition from TDU1.

I would love to see someone fixing the handling, playing TDU1 now, first played it over 2 years ago and still enjoying it but I hate to think of the fact that I can't enjoy TDU2 because the handling sucks:sulk: So I am curious if there is any interest in creating a handling mod, don't get me wrong, not a handling mod that is made especially to get a advantage over other players but a handling mod finally making TDU2 worth playing. I myself know nothing about coding so I can't really be of help with this but are there any modders or other people interested in seeing such a mod? Hope I won't get some people angry for asking a mod that messes with the core game mechanics

Please create a sub forum especially for TDU2 mods, requests and all other things TDU1 now has. Just to keep all the mods managed and to prevent making mod searching a pain in the ass.

Too bad there isn't any other game other than TDU1 :(, kinda gets old after years of playing. Enjoying the handling of GT5 now and the vastness of games like Fuel and Just Cause 2. If those game developers would work togheter and create the ultimate game, I wouldn't bother the least bit to put down €100 for such a game. EDIT: how could I forget. LOVE to see TDU2 being trashed in the bin on this big and popular forum!:)

I support this idea. One of my favorite cars now is the Beetle... because it has a speed limit of 121 km/h. Perfect for cruising!

I am talking about mods like flash light indicators and things like the cam hack. I downloaded and installed them a few hours after I bought and played TDU2, these little things improved the game alot. I would just love to be able to create such mods myself, I would like to create a mod so we can use a custom radio in some way. Anyone here has a idea on how to modify the game files for that, because I really am encouraged to take part of modding community and improve TDU2 so it can be played in it's full glory. All these little flaws like on/off brakes make the game worse than TDU1. Another question, there is THIS mod so you can make a backup of your saves very easily. Someone has a idea on what program to use for creating such things?

I'm very interested in being able to mod TDU2. Is there any news about it, do people have any idea how to do it? I probaly need some programming skills (which I lack) to be able to mod TDU2 myself, but can anyone tell me what I should know before even thinking of modding? Is there some tutorial about it or anything? I can't seem to find anything else than tutorials on how to install mods. TDU2 has such a great potential and I want to help get it there. Anyone else here feels the same?

I really hate the short draw distance for traffic. Is it possible to increase this by editing some file? Or does someone know a mod for it?

I would love to see it. And a conversion of Ibiza would be awesome. But I'm sure it will never happen. Would be cool though because of the fail TDU2 is right now. TDU1 physics on Ibiza :cool:

gave it a 6. game has great potential. But they fail at the Test Drive. The thing that made TDU1 great for me. Physics fail, wheel support fail. 2 VERY important thing. I wished they did it right..:sulk: Server issues and everything probaly will be fixed. But I doubt if the physics will get fixed.. For now it's just a cheap console game.

Thanks for the replies. I know that my CPU is bad. But im first saving money for the graphic card. And then saving for a CPU and so on. And if I get problems with my OEM I will just by Windows 7 premium. I have Vista basic:P right now.

I need some help/tips with building my system. 3 Years ago I bought a Packerd Bell Istart D2226. I upgraded the 2GB RAM to 4 GB DDR2. I also bought a NVIDIA Geforce 9500GT 512MB. Im planning to buy a MSI - MSI-ATI-R5770-Hawk-1024GB (its MB i guess) Then my system specs are.. CPU= Intel Pentium Dual Core 1.80GHZ GPU= MSI - MSI-ATI-R5770-Hawk-1024GB RAM= 4GB DDR2 Hard Disk=360GB Im not sure how many WATT my power supply is. But i guess not much. Is it still possible to use my new videocard With a PS that doesnt has the requered watt? Is my videocard a good choise? Can you give me some tips for a new CPU? Im planning to build up my system bit by bit. And it HAS to be finished at the release of TDU2:p

TDU2 NEEDS TO BE A RACING SIM!! NOT ARCADE STYLE That would be great on a map even bigger than TDU. It should be a Driving Simulator/racing sim. They also need to put in some police cars you can drive yourself. And a more realistic police. But with a more realistic police there should be a option to turn the police off. And they should put some regular cars in it. Not only super cars like lamborghini. So you can also cruise without going 300 MPH. And you should not only be able to drive around but also to walk around in your house, fuel thing etc. And you must be able to clean your car in a car wash. That it also gets dirty while driving offroad etc. And there should be also walking people around. And ofcourse. The car sounds must be as realistic as Atari can make them. They should also improve the Multiplayer. So you can come in a server where your friend is in without any problems or 100x trying. Enogh ideas on this forum to make the next Test Drive a GREAT/EPIC/INSANE game. But they really need to make it a racing sim because an arcade style game on such a BIG map would suck, right?
