    Thanks ryan :) The purpose of it would be to use Win8 :P As the laptop is running Win8 CP atm :)

    Lmao true^^ it was my sisters laptop. I had an Asus X50SL iirc, which i gave to her, when she moved out of portugal, as her laptop, this dv 2000 is not reliable. HP recognized a fabric deffect, on the motherboard and graphics chip. It had the motherboard replaced 3 or 4 times during warranty^^ HP prolonged the warranty (long gone) for 1 year, instead of refunding / fixing the problem definitely. Also, the CPU and the GPU share teh same heatsink, which leads to a little fan; that itself promotes component heating. The GPU chip iirc is a BGA, which promotes even more heating!! Anyways, i re applied thermal paste on the cpu and GPU, and put a little coin on the bottom paste of both of them (not the part that connects to the heatsink), and temps have gone down to 80ºc idle, from 100ºc^^ I also fixed the USB ports, conclusion: very UNRELIABLE laptop, but meh... About that navisis kit, cant find it for sale on any store nearby..hmmm. Id be interested in something a bit more compact though... :p Maybe the best is just not to invest much on this laptop, or nothing at all, beacuse i expect it to give in at any time.

    Ello there guys. I have around a dv2000 HP laptop, with a 15" screen it seems to me, what could i do to convert it into touchscreen? Where can i find a little pelicule to place on top of the screen which will cause it to act like a touchscreen? Or can i find for sale a touchscreen for that laptop? Sugestions please? If you dont have anything ontopic to say please refrain.

    Hello folks :) "The origin, present and the future: A Point of View" is probably the name of the scientific article / book im writing, incase i do finish it. Id like to know the general interest on this kind of stuff, the target audience is the science community. Book will be based on quantic physics, chemistry, or sorts of such; but i'll try to keep scientific and hard vocabulary away, as far as possible. Anyways...that is INCASE i do finish it, and it gets accepted by the scientific community. Whats the general interest on this theme, what should i know that any of you might know, related to book writing? Thanks in advance.

    Wow :) Really enjoying it, not a big fan of french cars, nor non stock, much less peugeot, but this mod looks great. Good job on the rear LOD 0 Lights, interior looks awesome too :) Great job Question, the headlights have glass? They seem glassless on the pic, nonetheless, just a little "peek a boo" :P Great mod mate ;) +rep for sure! Edit: cant give rep to the same post twice :eek: dont remember +repping that :o

    I did not go offtopic, i wrote mod related aspects, my opinion which i can give. You guys don't get i think, im not writing that with the demotivational goal, im trying to motivate him, because i know he can do better, i know he is a good modder, i know it...its just a shame, imho, that he doesnt give little details much attention
