  1. That to me is a definition of a garbage job. :lol: Because TDU_Bots has no link what so ever with traffic vehicles, plus, it is not linked to how much you have. TDU errors can occur by maybe one single, wrong bot with something going wrong. After mod TDU from inside out, for longer than a year since UCP got released, i think i have a better knowledge on how the game works now.

Also, other than you, i don't see many people having the issue you are having. I don't have it myself, so, how can i "fix" an issue that i don't have? Also, if you again, haven't read about it yet, i am not going to touch UCP anymore, UCP project is over, done, finished, with bugs and all. TDU Platinum took it's place. Edit: In reply of what you added after i made this post, if it's such a garbage job, why did you downloaded it at all? Wouldn't be easier to make it one yourself, so you wouldn't need to fix the bots, neither 90% of the performance of the cars? So, really, instead of complaining about me "mocking" you about it, think about that first.

Open a vanilla DB.bnk, and extract it's TDU_Bots.db. Replace it. Edit: And feel free to try, but i will tell you now, no. It won't work. The traffic disappearance has nothing to do with TDU bots.
  5. It doesn't indeed. For a couple of reasons. 1 - 0-100 time is really quick, and most cars reach it in 1st or 2nd gear, so, to get a massive change on the time by changing the gear ratio, you must make it reach 100 in 1st, or shift to 2nd, possible third really quick. But in this case with short gears, usually is better to make it lauch from 2nd. 2 - TDU gear ratio, only change the ratios indeed, even though you set a different final, it won't change the final. Final ratio in TDU is controlled by the value you set in "Top Speed", that is what really control your final gear. 3 - There are different ways to increase acceleration in TDU. Other than gear ratios, there is the acceleration value, which will increase acceleration in every gear, which you can balance out with Drag, if the top speed gets way higher. Another way to increase acceleration is by increasing the Grip value, but then you will increase the overall grip of a car. Even other way, which is grip related, is to change the weight balance, and add more weight to the traction wheels, if it's a RWD, throw the weight more to the back, which will result on having more grip at the rear. FWD works the other way around, more weight on front = more grip on front wheels and for last, but not least, you can mess with vehicle size values, increasing the front/rear overhang can make a weight shift aswell, so you can get more or less grip between front-rear, like you have by changing the weight balance itself. Zenvo is a mid-engine car, so it might have something like 48% to 45% of it's weight on the front. To do that in TDU PE, you must set the % of the front weight. Values over 50 means the car is front-heavy. Like a FWD, for example. Edit: Side effect might happen though with the weight change. If you don't balance it out properlly, your car might end showing a "drop" once you start moving. Edit 2: Another way, is to edit the .btrq file, to make it have more/less power earlier.

  9. I believe this is not really something easy to achieve. Mostly because the upload won't check file-per-file to see if they are the same/duplicated uploaded files. Plus, the uploader can easily over-rule something that could match the file name by renaming it. So, it's up to us, members, to actually take care of that. Check and if it's a duplicated, report it to moderators, so they can either delete/close/merge, whatever they seem fit.

  11. Usually today a car mod for TDU, which are the biggest individual files is around 30mb a .zip, with variations going up or down. My TDU project will be waaaaaay bigger, because it basically overhauls the whole game. So, i expect it to be over 5gb. :lol: If i can't, no problem, the old plan remains, which is upload on my google drive and post a hyperlink here, and also try to make a torrent. About the structure, i am fine about it, haven't had a big thought about it, to be honest. :lol: Anyways, tomorrow i can reply better, as it is 11pm here and i need to wake up really early in the morning tomorrow.

You're saying you don't plan to do so, and that is enough for me. As the other changes, i don't really know/understand enough to give a valid opinion, but the ability to upload files here directly is somewhat interesting. I mean, must see how big the file can be, because my TDU project will be large... :lol:
  13. Many years ago, a lot of modders have removed their download links. They all had their own fair reason to do so, and we are not here to judge. But that is why the links are dead.
  14. I've seen it on youtube! It is cool, but those are not really all the cars! :lol: It works if your TDU works. If it is not working on any windows system, it's a problem with TDU itself, and not UCP.

  17. It depends : if same slot exists in their TDU database, they will see default car / default bike if this is a brand new slot, I dunno what the consequences will be . Crash ? It's worth testing it :) Replying this, if it's a brand new slot, you will also see the default car, IF, your database doesn't has another vehicle with the same Car ID number.
  18. This bump is bigger than me. May 2008, i wasn't around here back then. :lol: I do a lot of embarassing/stupid things... but there are 2 cases that i went beyond limits. Once, i tried to use my pen drive, and it wasn't working. I got so mad and angry at the pen drive and the computer, tried for a couple of times and nothing. Untill i realize i wasn't plugging it in a USB port, but the network cable port. :lol: And the other case is me, inside the car, as a passenger, in a trip with my family, when i tried to see something outside and blam! Window was closed and i hit it with my head. I mean, i didn't notice that there were no wind? No, i didn't. :lol: Of course, who noticed had a great laugh. :lol:
  19. Already released, and tested. Ultra Community Pack v1.04 Different way to get Ace level though. Now, Ace level is reached with 88% indeed. Although, in TDU Platinum the 100% will be achievable again, basically the same way you probably did, but more balanced out, as i distributed the 120 points through different tasks.
