  1. I like that collaboration between you two :D Teamwork is always great ! I really like the previews :) Sound very good. Gonna try it my self in a few minutes. ;) EDIT: Yep, very very good sound indeed. I've spend a lot of time driving this car with your sound and I even tried the different version. Proper Straight 6 Turbo sound and I love the BOV. It's a joy to drive it on every RPM. Thanks Ace ! Cheers :cool:
  2. Hello first Many options: - Have you got a legal copy of TDU ? Cracks doesn't work with Project Paradise - Have you got the MagicMap ? - Have you got at least the official Patch 1.66A ? - Some big mods doesn't require Project Paradise (Like the BMW M3 GTS by Minime891) but require the community patch 1.68b - Did you put the d3d9.dll file and Paradise_Launcher in C:/Programes Files (x86)/Atari/Test Drive Unlimited ? - Did you tick -BigBnks in Project Paradise ? All these questions are very common. If you have done all of that above, it's another problem. And I let you know Illusion's Island Paradise v.0.9.5 and TDU Modding Tools doesn't affect the size limit. One is an environment mod, the other one is a Tool for install Cars, Change Cameras, Set Slots, Modify Physics, etc... Let us know if you have sorted your problem please. Good luck ;)
  3. Holly Molly ! Just that :lol: That is very weird ! Don't know, when I change the map button who supposed to be "M" on the keybord to another button in my G27, it works fine. It might come from the way your computer does run TDU. Don't know, it's bizarre ! :D Well good luck mate with that glitchy thing. I really have no idea how to sort that problem out. At the moment you have to press "M" :eyebrow:
  4. Thanks for the tool. I had a look on it. Looks interesting :) So basically, we can create only mountains at the moment or more ? I'm wondering where we can create mountains on Oahu apart from that secret Grid island with that little junction on the north. :hmmm: Also, in the future, Would it be possible to remove a bit of vegetation like Trees, Grass... Oahu have way too much vegetation and I would love to see the west part of the island a bit more like a desert. More plain and prairies would be great :D
  5. Zoqqer, Have you spoken to Djey ? He could probably help you as he know the game in every files. I know he's probably busy but it's worth a try. Please get out of your silence. I know what you think but it would be a lot more simple to help you. You've done so much for the community, it's the community's turn to help you. Really I don't want you to get frustrated everyday because of that stupid ZM problem. You know, there is always a solution to any problem. Good luck !

  12. Three solution I've got in mind. I'm not sure if it's gonna work and I'm pretty sure you've done that already: Install the Patch 1.66A if you haven't got it yet. Check if it works. If not, install the community patch 1.68b with the Magic Map. If it still doesn't work, reinstall the game. If you still have some issues, I'm gonna send you some original map files by PM. Good luck !
  13. It's because some cars have a speedo who's not "straight". The Speedo goes by grade to another different grade. It use to be electronical speedo. TDU doesn't handle these electro speedo and you have these sort of bugs. Same goes for the Audi RS6 made by Tool. We can't fix it. Sorry. Don't know if you got it, it's hard to explain.
  14. There is a lot of JDM cars for TDU. Pretty much all of them are ingame and quiet good quality. Combat have done a lot of them. If you want to have an idea, check my Big mod list thread.

  16. Thanks Driver ! :) I haven't got much time this week for working on my model. I'm gonna need a bit of help for associating the material. (Around 20min in your 1st Tutorial) I don't really know what materials goes with other materials? Basically We have to associate Glass with Windows, Undercarriage with black metals, Bodywork with paint ? I mean, which part goes with what exactly ? In Zoqqer's tuto (who's way too fast), He import an old TDU model to I think import the materials. Do I need to do that ? Or is Zmodeler have already these materials and I just apply them directly. It's quiet weird, I'm using Both Zoqqer's and your Tuto and it seems you have different way of work for associating your material. I admit I got lost there :lol: Also Before that process, what I've understand is we mustn't have the same part in exterior and interior. For example, in your tutorial, you delete the interior mirrors. Because you already have the exterior mirrors. I imagine it's important to do that because it may crash the game or we could have a funny "double" glitchy mirrors. Each part of the car have to be unique. Is that right ?   19. Right, let's recap what is important to do in Forza Studio ;) It's also to help Driver to find the exact word to use for a tutorial. Open Forza Studio. This is only if you want your model completely stock in TDU: Once the Exterior is import to Forza S. , We have to delete all the race parts of the model and the wheel. As you said, all the parts with "race" must be uncheck. The parts with a "b" or "c" at the end of the name parts are also race parts. It depends of the model you working on. Once it's done. Click on the model and select Export. Export it in a random new folder and name it lod_0. This overall part of the car is the high poly exterior ! Same process for the interior. Import your cockpit.Obj file. And delete all the race parts. Most of the models have only a rollcage so just simply delete the rollcage. Don't forget to uncheck "a_pillar too as it's an exterior part and we already have that part in the lod_0.Obj. Then Export it as "Cockpit". Now the shadow. Same process for lod_0, delete all the same race parts with the wheel and export it. For people who wants the race version ingame, delete only the wheel and export exterior, interior (don't forget to delete a_pillar for the interior) and shadow. One thing I've learn with Zoqqer's tutorial, We have to export the brakes calipers + Discs. That's simple, Check the 4 caliperlod_0 and the 4 rotorlod_0 and export all of them the same time. So we can have Forza's Brakes model. It's pretty cool for example also to have Red Calipers with "Lamborghini" on it like Zoqqer's Lambo Gallardo STS. ;) That's it for Forza Studio :) It's very easy to understand that bit. I'm doing a Ford GT for a training model to understand modding. I've paused the Jag because I want to make it perfect. Like Combat says: Practice make perfect. :D I'll do these recap post when I got further the process and to bring precision and help your vocabulary Driver. Don't worry, if I manage to understand Forza Studio, it's also because you've manage to explain well even if you can't find the exact words. Good job ! I Know it's not easy to speak English commonly. (I'm French :lol: )
