    Get Ready to Show Off Your Awesome Driving Skills The next update of Assetto Corsa Early Access will include the multiplayer mode and was previously scheduled for tomorrow’s release; our work in the last two months has been strongly focused to complete and deliver this feature properly. We have also made investments to set several free public servers for our users and a proper lobby for servers created by, users, leagues, sim racing websites and so on. However, due to local 25th April celebrations, we might have some issues to get the best possible support from our Italian based server provider, right on launch day. Multiplayer is one of the most awaited features for a lot of sim racing enthusiasts, but in order to properly test in public the multiplayer mode, we need to get the best technical support possible; for this reason, and also in order to improve multiplayer functionality and to develop some additional features, tomorrow’s release has been shifted to Friday 2nd, May. This delay will allow us to release the multiplayer on a working day, getting fast and proper support by our provider, if needed.     If you're after cheap try having a look at Cyberlink products. I don't have much experience with them but I think they've improved their game recently. And yeah, you defo don't need Vegas Pro - the Movie Studio version is more than adequate. Otherwise you can rent Adobe Premiere as a subscription but I'm not a big fan of its interface.

    After I render with Sony Vegas Pro 12, if I find the size too large I'll convert the file using Freemake Video Converter. I had a >5GB file reduce to 1.7GB without much noticeable loss in quality (1 hour of 1080p footage combining multiple source videos/camera angles).

    You'd have to be careful with your inputs or use driving aids I suspect. I'm not sure how fun either of those would be (i.e. it wouldn't be like Forza which is quite nice on a gamepad)

    You'll want to (test your PC out by) downloading the HD textures mod and using the nVidia/ATi control panel to force 16x AA / AF (ingame is only 4x AA).

    Possibly , but there is only 2 months til release (and they generally submit to Microsoft/Sony one month before release) - depends on how old that footage is.

    Yeah just looks like more of the same from the past two games with subtle tweaks. At least it might keep crap drivers out of pCARS' & AC online lobbies :cheeese:

    Didn't do the 24 hour ones but my brother and I took turns driving the RedBull X1 on the 9 or 12 hour races, lapping all the cars 50 times or so, and then we'd just park and let the AI catch up just to let the time pass while we did other things.
