    They say there's no specific handling mods included in the UCP. I've installed the UCP and can't report on physics improvements because of the massive delay between my steering inputs and what I see on screen. The stupid thing is that the in-game telemetry shows no input lag, so the delay is elsewhere. Tried various suggestions with no joy. :mad:

    Not fussed about what cars come to FM4 because I find the tracks too boring. Waiting for new tracks or for a special pCARS announcement. :)

    I have to disagree with that. :p HP 2010 felt like Ridge Racer (you could drift your way through a corner regardless of entry speed if you held the handbrake long enough in the corner). Nothing like NFS3, more like Burnout Paradise (no coincidence there). In The Run I actually had to slow down for some corners or make use of a driving line.

    Hehe. Yeah the latest NFS arcade racers have all let you take corners way too fast for my liking. The Run physics were slightly better than HP2010 though.

    Ran out/expired/terminated a few months ago - something along those lines. Porsche Motorsport is also different to Porsche AG.

    Test Drive Ferrari Racing Legends may be similar in that way - since you are hired as a test driver for Ferrari - so we'll see. I'm quite happy for EA/Black Box/Criterion to not do a car game ever again - sure I enjoy arcade games (i.e. Driver SF was great) but the cars have to behave *somewhat* realistically, otherwise you might as well just be playing Star Wars Pod Racers :p

    I was going to get around to trying to install NFS4 on another PC... and then pCARS came out :lol: Will see if I get around to it this weekend (unlikely) otherwise I will... *pauses for drumroll*

    Indeed. I know FM4 is rubbish at multiplayer (lag, disconnections, etc) but I'd prefer to drive with people rather than just say congrats to pyrre week after week :cheeky:

    If you've got a gaming PC and $30 you could join us on the pCARS weekly leaderboard challenge if you want (which is essentially the same thing, but with sim physics) ;)
