    NetKar Pro is pretty cheap, drives well and has mods, no offline AI though.

    I was actually looking at video reviews of the nVidia Shield. Couldn't care less about the Android gaming, but the remote PC games feature (currently Beta with 20 optimised games) is intriguing. When I typically get holidays at the end of the year it's way to hot to stay in my room (which isn't air conditioned) playing games on the PC where the GFX card generates ~75 degrees celsius of Heat. With the Shield I could instead play some games (not racing sims) in the lounge room, for example, while my room becomes a furnace.

    It got worse because they hired new staff for TDU2, and then decided not to build on the V-Rally/TDU1 physics engine but start afresh, aiming for something like GRID. Which they failed at.

    Nice, is it as good as they promised or haven't you had a chance to play with it yet? Or did you just purchase a receipt? :p

    Not sure Tim, I recall the same problems on the demo which is why I never bought it (that plus the fact the price has never dropped in the last 8 years and I already have plenty of racing sims to keep me busy). There of course may be mods to improve that stuff though

    It does have loads of oversteer - I believe he was using very sticky slick tyres on that lap though

    Kickstarter is just sending them money and getting the occasional email/screenshots, nowhere near as inclusive. (I've done KS for a Golf game and something else)

    Probably using too many system resources on the open living world to add the extra simultaneous cameras? Noticed it and it's strange but not a deal breaker - could be patched in later
