Wow, I saw the concept a couple of years ago and fell in love with it (I'm a Saab person as much as a Nissan person surprisingly) and now they're actually building it! VERY nice :D.

After some research, it appears it still has not been confirmed, but it MAY go into production in the future. So this news is not of the production model, it is 2 year-old news of the concept model.

Unfortunatley, Saab is EXTREMELY uner-rated and over-looked.

I have no idea where Nige is, he hasn't been on for ages. And redvette, you are right, nowone thinks anything on Saabs. My dad has a 1995 Saab 900SE Turbo. 17" OZ Palladio Rims, 205 wide Michelin Primacys, BSR Induction Kit, StyleDynamix custom-made stainless steel 3" exhaust system, pushing about 220hp, and it's VERY quick. Many an Impreza and 3.0 litre BMW we have beaten, and even when it was bone stock it was quick.

 

Especially the new 9-3Xs, as well as (obviously) the upcoming Aero X.
