I'm not so sure, my graphics card is only 256mb, and it can appear jaggy at some angles. I think it's Photobucket and... I hate to say this.. Gimp (The editing program I use)

Hmm.. They seem identical. Take GIMP, throw it to a bin and set fire to it. Then google Photoscape and enjoy ;)
