    Yep, as the title says, I was bored at the weekend, looking after my parents' farm while they went on a short break to the west coast. So, with two nice big sheds and lots of tools including a trolley jack and axle stands, I decided to paint the wheels on the Punto. I was going for the utilitarian / rat-rod kind of look....

     

    I'm sure I took 2 photos, but the camera didn't have much life in it, it kept dieing when I plugged it into the computer, it's recharging right now, can't be bothered trying to get the other one off it.

     

    Anyway:

    4 coats of hammerite quick drying stuff, only 15 minutes between coats. I left it an hour after the final coat before bolting them back on though.

     

    Yeah, it isn't really worth a whole new thread is it? Feel free to use this thread to post random stuff of your own cars.
