Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I had it a few days ago, as well as a 404 when clicking "New Posts" I'll cap it if I see it again.

I get this from time to time, I'll post next time i do

Around the 45min past the hour mark the stat logs are updated and this is quite heavy on the server especially with the stats we have. They don't usually result in 500 errors though that could be mainly to do with your own connection unless others get it at the same time.

I used to get those almost daily but haven't got one recently. :)
