How to change RMP or Redline meter?

You mean the gauges...?

You'll need Djey's Modding Tools. Use the 2DB->DDS tool to change the 2DB files to DDS files. Use some program (sorry, can't help you too specifically here, it depends on what you have) to convert the DDS files to .TGA files. Edit the .TGA files, then convert the .TGAs back to DDS, then the DDS files back to 2DB, then import them back into the .BNK.

I explained most of this process in another thread, I'll see if I can find it so I can link to it.

It's in TDU Mod Shop > Modding Tools or Programs or whatever > Djey's Modding Tools (it's a sticky). I'm too lazy right now to find it, because it's 2:30 in the morning. :cheeky:

But I think you mean change the redline itself, as in make a 6500 rpm car rev to 8000? Because that has to wait for the next update of Djey's Modding Tools. RedCarDriver's method is only for a visual change, which doesn't affect the car's driving in any way.

ohk. Well im kind of confused about all these files ****. I would really then want to know how to make my own hud or gauge for the interior of the car when driving, and exterior, including the kmh speedometer when in the plain view when u cant see the car. Please tell me very specifcallly how to do this.

The interior Gauge is totally different from that one in the exteriorview. The interior Gauge comes with the complete interior of the Model (from TDU or from the Modder you have the car from), so to edit this you have to change some Textures in the *Carname*_I.bnk in the Vehicules folder, and you are not allowed to do this on most (or all) cars created by modders. The exterior Gauges, together with that which are in the Bumpercam are in some Gaugefiles which you can easily edit. You could also ask our High Quality Gauge Creator Fl0w, as I've heard he makes Gauges for which he get's requests. So in short form: Interiorgauges --> (if TDU Model) possible, (if Modders car) not allowed, are just with asking for permission; Exteriorgauges --> More easy and even good tweakable, you could also ask Fl0w for what you wish.

Hope this helps.
