You need to make 5 posts on their forums before you're allowed to download anything.

 

This is really a bad idea because it's creating a "false sense of quality" to mods with glaringly obvious bugs in them. People are spamming "awesome" and "perfect" before they're ever allowed to download the mods.....

i have a problem: i have the .tdupk files with the tdupe enabled, but when i start the game, the dates from the cars are the same. why?
