GTA IV Mod section

what it says on the tin.. I've been modeling and modding the gta series for almost 7 years now, would it be possible to create a IV mod section within the IV forum? I'm about to release 3 new mods (Novitec Rosso 599 GTB v1, Bugatti Veyron beta2 and Aston Martin DBS), and it would be dope if I could mirror here

I support this, the GTA4 modding community is a growing one, consisting mostly of car-related mods anyway.

i'm not sure of my opinion on this. this is a forum for Test Drive not GTA, on the other hand if we have car mods for gta on this forum then we will have easyer acces to gta car models which can be used for tdu.

We are struggling to keep with TDU Modding and TDU2 at the moment, adding another modding area might bring more activity but at the moment we can't support it unfortunately. Also isn't there plenty of well established communities already doing the GTA modding scene?

 

Welcome the suggestion but it's not really something for a TDU community, it would be good to have things all in one place but like I said we just couldn't accommodate it at the moment.

inside is a garbage dump and haven for thieves, and I've never uploaded any

of my mods there for that specific reason - unfortunately, 4modz (gtagaming)

is on the fast track to the same spot..

 

I didn't really have competition on the brain when making the suggestion,

it was more from a 3d artist's perspective of sharing work, modeling techniques,

tutorials, ect. as I was thinkn of opening a TDU section @the Shop-

true, gta is our forte.. but that goes hand in hand with teaching others the

how to's and modeling, tho I suppose it's not so much a fanboi site as it is a

place for professionals and seasoned veterans to gather
