Exclusive cars

Hello everyone,

 

As a loyal TDU player (playing TDU for the 3rd time towards Ace) I would like to know why some cars are exclusive. Although TDU2 is coming up I would like to know why it never was available as DLC. I payed the same price as everybody else so why am I not able to play with the same content?

 

Also another thing that bothers me is why the McLaren LM was exclusive for the US? Isn't that like... I wouldn't call it racism but damn...

 

Is there any possible way to drive them before TDU2 hit the streets? Wouldn't mind paying some MS points for it!

 

Cars i'm missing out on:

 

• Pagani Zondra Roadster
  
• McLaren LM
  
• Gallardo Coupe
  
• Some Spyker????

I'm afraid it's no longer possible to acquire these exclusive cars as the Redeem codes used to get them are no longer valid.

 

A lot of people don't have these cars so don't feel as if you're missing out. The people that did get the codes either got them when they first bought the game, or were a member of Atari EU forums when they were being given away :)

Even if I had the chance to drive receive a Redeem for a car I still wouldn't be able to get the McLaren LM.

 

But what is exact reason that you can't get them anymore? If you take a look at the links you can see that you can download the Gallardo but if I click on it to start downloading it I actually can't cause some ( ... ) removed it or made it unavailable in my region. Why???!?!!!!?!?!?!?!?! ^&$%&$%&$#!!!!!!

 

Same goes for the Pagani Zonda C12S Roadster and the McLaren LM as they come in a bundle.

Microsoft codes usually have a 2 year expiry time on them, the codes were valid as far as I know from Sep 2006 - Sep 2008. It's now May 2010, you do the math. :cheeky:

So why aren't there any new codes?

Cause the game is almost 4 years old and like I said the codes are valid for 2 years from the games release.

As an employee at Microsoft it must not be that hard to generate enough codes for everyone init or putting it available for download.

Regardless of how easy or hard it may be, it sadly isn't going to happen.

It even said there was only going to be 10,000 codes for N/A, and once they're gone they're gone. Atari EU handled it better with the way they gave the codes out though, instead of putting them in the box.

Not if you were the one giving them out ....even though I say that it was still fun especially the ones where we had the people have to find us in game.
