released Doctor G - Ford GT40 sound mod

This is one of my first sound mods, posted months ago in the betas and now back with almost no change. I don't make conversions anymore because it was cool to learn the basics but now I prefer to make my own samples (even from crappy Youtube videos!). This one comes from RFactor I think, I worked a lot on the original samples to enhance them and the downshifts are samples of mine made with a Youtube video, so it's only half a conversion :ppp.

Kudos to the original modder anyway (I don't know who he is).
