Need a couple Brits to help a dumb Yank out...

So we have the option to preorder TDU2, but where we order determines what bonuses we get. I've already pretty much narrowed it down to being Amazon or Best Buy, but I honestly do not know the difference between these two Aston Martins:

Aston Martin V12 Vantage Carbon Black (Amazon)

Aston Martin DBS V12 Carbon Black (Best Buy)

I've Googled around, looked at pictures, read the specs... they seem exactly identical. I figured I should just ask some fellow car enthusiasts what the differences are between them.

So which one should I preorder, and why?

So basically they're the same car aside from some slight aesthetic differences?

DBS from those two. But if it the V12 is a Vanquish, get that. It makes the DBS look like a small kid from the block. ;)

Yeah unfortunately the Vanquish is not a preorder bonus. :(

The DBS is older iirc. They both have the same engine. I personally prefer the DBS, its bigger and in my opinion looks better. The V12 Vantage is still epic though, if nothing else for putting a V12 in small car.

If I lived that side of the pond I'd be pre ordering at Best Buy.

[E] Carbon Black that link lists what you get over the standard cars.

As for choosing between the two for pre order, that's entirely personal.

The DBS is a little pointless imo, needs atleast 570hp and should do over 200mph, to be worth the money. The V12 Vantage is also pointless imo, because, okay, the engine works well in that car, but its the same engine in the DBS, DB9, Vanquish and DB7, there needs to be some difference (the V8 Vantage is fine)

I'd go for the DBS, slightly better looking and slightly less pointless. :p
