Now i am using lod0 from forza 3, before i used lod1.

lod0-~140 000 polygons

lod1-~40 000 polygons

For example, my Audi RS6 has lod1, so this is normal quality. now for Acura TSX i am using lod0 and this is extreme quality

Why did you change the title of your thread to Honda Accord? I called it (jokingly) the Accord because that's what it is in European and Asian countries. Here in U.S., they rebrand the car as an Acura.
