is it a bug that I can´t sell a car?

You can only sell a car if all your garages are full or if you don't have enough money to buy another car.

I saw somewhere on the official TDU2 forums that you can sell reward cars once you reach level 25, I have no idea if that is true though.

I Would like to send atari a strong Note about selling cars this is enough i have to have low money or too much space taken up in my garage to sell a car why cant i just sell a car in general at a used car dealer And get money instead of taking my money when i buy a house or trade a car atari better fix this now
