Anybody else miss the blinding sun?

I threw on the August 2006 demo of TDU earlier and was enjoying driving around the small demo area when the lighting became that orange high sun look where the suns intensity seems to grow and if you put it behind something or look behind you and whatnot it flashes like a massive camera flash and was thinking how much I miss this in TDU2 along with being able to look directly above me in a car with an open roof (the demo has an F430 Spider). Also it may just be me but are the clouds better in TDU also, as in they look more like clouds than the painted film set look that appears to don those in TDU.

 

Anyway I digress but it just appears TDU feels more intense and better in these areas.

I still play TDU1 allll the time. havent touched TDU2 in soo long.

Yea, I was on TDU1 yesterday and enjoyed it so much more than TDU2. The lighting looks better in TDU1, looks less cartoony.

Yeah to be honest I really only jump on TDU2 to play Poker.

Somehow, TDU feels more immersive. It feels "hotter" and more like a cruising game. TDU2 just feels bleh..

Yes TDU1 was better in many ways, esp with a few mods.
