I just used my phone while pointing it at my monitor. Could use a camera, doesn't need to have über-HD, just a mic that picks up your voice unless you're planning on editing stuff in Sony Vegas or something :p

Or just use the Voice Recorder app, don't really need video.

 

My Android saved the audio as .3gp or something - just renamed the extension to MP3 (no converting necessary) and uploaded.
