TDU Megapack Request

Does anyone know where I can get a version of the TDU Megapack that isn't on gametap or a torrent?

Hm.. My credit card is rejected by Gametap, so that is why I was asking, thanks for the help anyway.

 

Will update if I find any other place to get it

Just read that you might need to be white listed with game tap. Anyone know if that is still true? I ask because the latest post was in April 2012, so I wanted to make sure.
