Welcome to the forums, if something has been asked a billion times before, maybe you could try our search feature? ;)

 

In my opinion best way to start off could be lowering the graphics settings :nods:

Lowering the graphics settings is always the first and most basic step to improve your framerate. If that doesn't help, there's probably nothing else that will. What are your computer specs?

TDU2 is a damn mess when it comes to framerate, and that's because the nature of the game itself, wich isn't optimized for PC. If you don't have a powerful CPU you must forget about getting a nice and stable frame count

 

The only two settings that actually helps to improve framerate are enviroment quality and antialising (EQ to minimum and AA off gives the game a nice boost) the other ones have almost any impact unless you have a low end GPU as i do
