Yodel delivery driver goes to new heights for a safe place for package

At this time of year many deliveries are being done by many companies and when you're not home it is not unusual for the driver to place your package somewhere safe. Common locations are with a neighbour, in a bin, behind a hut but this driver thought they were too boring and instead went for the roof!

 

Yes the roof, how crazy is that choice?! :nuts:

From most couriers this would surprise me, but from Yodel this is pretty standard. When you are in, they tend to be quite rude too. :toetap:

 

They left one of my friends parcels under his neighbours car just in front of the back wheel rather than delivering it to the neighbour... Could have easily been squashed if the neighbour went out in their car. :fp:

YODEL certainly do have some characters working for them. I've sent only the one thing with them and it did get to its destination in tact but these stories and videos coming out would make me think about using them in future. Though Drifty Stu up there I wouldn't mind. :lol:

They delivered a package to my friend last month. By delivered I mean they put in the neighbour's broken greenhouse and didn't leave a note to say they had delivered it or where to. :lol:

 

3 days later he called them up and they told him where to find it. :fp: Also it was a 24 hour delivery and took 2 days.
