Where are you searching? If you're going through Photography, you won't find very big stuff, but most of it in Wallpapers is decent size. Try sorting it by popularity, too, you get better walls and there's more chance of them being decent size.

 

Nice desktop, btw! :) You need better running indicators though ;)
