How to add your car mods as a tuning car [guide]

This guide is too old and I wrote it years ago in the Discord of Turboduck, it is only one of the ways to do so. Hopefully by posting it here more ppl can read and enjoy their personalized TDU game.

This helps you add a car as a tuning car. It means that if for example you've bought a car and then if you go to a Tuning Shop in-game, then if you tune your car, then it also gets a wide-body-kit. For this to work, you obviously need a the 3d model of your customized vehicle first. then you can add the car model as a tuning model of the car.

Add your "tuning car" to the game as a normal car mod by replacing a car with your new one.
Then create a tuning package like the image below:

Don't forget to set the values of the "Default" tab. then, you have to connect the tuning package to the original car, like the image below:

There you can see that I've connected a tuning package to  "car 1102" a tuning package that has a "car 7000300100" model in it. That means the "car 1102" will be changed to "car 7000300100" when I go to FORZA TUNNER and choose the upgrade pack for the "car 1102".

It is that easy, fiddle with the software, you will learn it. Just backup your game data before modding it.

You may prevent showing your modded car in a dealership by removing it from the slot of its dealership. Like the image below.

Traffic Compact1 means "no entry" or "No change" depending on the context, here it means "No entry" so the dealership shows the original car and the 4 ready-to-be-replaced cars of TDU Platinum. However there are 9 empty slots and these 9 slots are free and the game will not show anything there and just skips them.

There is a tutorial in TurboDuck somewhere that lets you add your modded cars instead of replacing a car in the first place.

Regards.
