I'm off on holiday ... going to be chugging along the British Waterways at the breathtaking speed of 3-4mph ... no idea how I'm going to be able to react in time at that speed.

Woah Hybrid you had me worried there buddy, I was like "man what's happened here!?" and now I see you're just going on your hols. Enjoy yourself mate and be careful with those high speeds, objects will appear thin and slow giving you only minutes to avoid them.

Glad you liked the Post title ... my odd sense of humour kicking in again ... you didn't ACTUALLY think I'd leave this forum did you?

 

Yes we're off on a Narrow Boat .... 6'10" wide ... 60' long

 

And yes done it loads of times before ... this will most probably be my 7th trip on the British Canals ... however my first trip on the canals we're doing

 

Oh and the reason for this time of year ... aren't you kids off back to school? ... and I had a beach holiday in July anyway.
