If your wondering why it looks like a building site, that's because it is. Well it's meant to be but work seems to have ground to a halt.

that's just the concrete base for the entry road, the land on the left hand side of the picture just on the other side of the fence running down the left, is going to be turned into a office block over the next couple of years.
