My delivery tracker on the way back did nothing really, it just said dispatched for about a week then it arrived and the tracker said delivered. Nothing in between.

unlucky but aleast u got another one, I had that happen to me and i unpluged everthing and didnt work so i got mine fixed first night i had back got the red lights again i almost thought my 360 thought the window but i unpluged the stuff then it worked, problem was i had to w8 a month for my them to sent my harddrive back lol

Apparently at 5am it arrived at the depot about 20 miles away in deeside :D

 

although i've only just noticed that scheduled date of delivery is tommorow =/ I hope they dont hold it back :(

 

it should be here later though. apparently it is still in transit :D

I got an E74 last night when I switched it on ... turned it off ... unplugged all the cables ... plugged them back in solidly ... turned back on and no problems

It does clearly state on the site not to send in your Hard Drive, this is also reiterated to you by the service centre staff when you phone them. You were lucky to get your drive back at all.

Depends, doesnt look liek my EMA will be here any time soon, only just got a letter today telling me that HMRC had recieved my application, even though i applied over a month ago
