It's been disabled just now due to it being one of the 10 main offenders that I found that was contributing to the heavy resources that were being used.

Not really. I have changed the images of the PoTW to links but will change this to reflect the new means of showing the entries.

 

Regarding the Photography thread, I have still to have a good look at that and see what needs to be done regarding it. I remember seeing some amazing images but never actually looking at their filesizes and dimensions though the way the page loads sometimes does peak my curiosity. I'll try and get it back active tomorrow though.

Is there a script / mod to not display (and possibly include a link instead) pictures over 800x600? Just a thought :)

Thanks. Ill change the rules for PhOTW again next week. And be more angry. I will happily do a contest with only 2 entrants because everyone else can't post an image small enough.
