  1. No, unfortunatelly. By the way, the update, yes, it's being cooked still. I know, it's been a long time, but the project ain't dead guys.

  2. View File Lotus Sound Mod Pack Sound mod for Lotus cars. Currently covering Elise 111R, Exige 240R, and Esprit V8. May be updated in the future to include the newer Lotus Exige S V6. Elise and Exige: Styled after stock examples with Larini aftermarket exhaust. Features mild exhaust resonance, full range burble (more subtle on Elise), and supercharger whine with high rpm boost hiss on Exige. Esprit V8: Styled after lightly tuned example with high flow exhaust, vent to atmosphere blow off valve, and upgraded Garrett turbos. Features subtle exhaust resonance, full range burble, turbo spool and spool down, and two stage bov sound. Easily back up original sounds by renaming them x_audiobackup.bnk. Install to Euro\Bnk\Sound\Vehicules, replace when prompted. Credit to Turn10 Studios and Slightly Mad Studios for the original samples and sound effects as well as EA Black Box for additional sound effects. Special thanks and shout out to Remondox and EJS5000 for their help and patience, as well as Thunderlizard, EvenFiringV10 for their feedback and support! 3. View File Ford Mustang GT-R Concept Sound Mod Sound mod for the Mustang GT-R Concept. Will be moved to a sound pack in the future. I decided to release this now as it is finished and the other vehicles in the pack will take much longer to complete and I don't know when that will happen. The Mustang GT-R Concept was equipped with the, then brand new, 5.0L "Cammer" V8 racing engine. Developed for the Ford SVT/Performance parts catalogue in conjunction with the Ford Racing division to be the heart of the new Mustang FR500 and made available as a crate engine. The 5.0L Cammer was first shown in the Mustang GT-R. While the concept car was never meant to be produced in any way, it was fully functional and race ready. The GT-R was equipped with a unique near straight through exhaust system that was never produced, either for production vehicles or the parts catalogue. Styled after racing cars and the uniqueness of the GT-R's setup. Features decel resonance, backfire, and volume adjusted gear whine. Note: For the time being the cabin audio is slightly incorrect. The game thinks the car has windows but does not allow them to be opened. This is not fixable by a sound mod. TDUF must be used to either allow the windows to be opened or set the Body value to Roadster (value: 5666317) to not have them. 6. Greetings I'm looking to extract contents from .big file it comes from the volume 6 DLC from the XBOX 360 version of the game these vehicles never came for the PC version of the game. The DLC contains 3 files these being: CarPack.big i'm guessing that the assets are stored here (3D models ,textures) Carpack.map ????? contentdesc.xml this contains the info about the cars and license flags as whether they are XBOX Live exclusive or not. And maybe some other scripts.. I haven't managed to find any tools which can extract these properly.... Only QuickBMS has a script for .big files but when i run the script with the files it just gives me a bunch of dat files.... Any other known tools which can open and or extract .big files?

  8. hi all, not sure if this helps. Ive been messing around using TDU F and found that some textures especially the wheels are working fine, as OAM to other cars. For example ive added the cadillac sixteen wheels as options for the cien and they work fine

  10. Closer but not quite yet there... Blender straight up fails to load the CSV file Renderdoc exported... Textures can be exported though... Gonna dig around and see if there are any other programs which can open Renderdoc CSV files i think i have seen a CSV plugin for Noesis might try that...

  15. Not giving up yet attempted ripping with renderdoc now and i managed to capture a garage. Renderdoc has a mesh viewer function where the meshes can be seen and well well well what do we have here? Audi A4 Touring Car.... the grey wireframe on the right from it looks like the Dino 246 GTS maybe..... These 3D Models/meshes can be exported into the CSV format and then imported into blender with a plugin... https://github.com/sbobovyc/GameTools/tree/master/Blender The problem here is that the meshes look a bit squished and might need adjusting also from what it seems there are around like 4000 meshes in renderdoc which can be viewed exporting all of these 4000 meshes would be a pain in the ... for me i am not sure if an entire scene can be exported as a singular file....

  16. And yup as expected it didn't manage to extract the meshes it always says '''index buffer out of range''' however the textures can be ripped.... Here are some ripped textures from the Cadillac Sixteen now if we could get the meshes somehow.... rims : logos: interior and ambient occlusion: Tail lights: Gauges: Normal maps are also included but i don't want to bloat this post.

  17. At this point it would be easier to attempt to rip the 3D models in Xenia... Ninja Ripper 2 can rip from Xenia although it requires a newer version of Ninja Ripper 2 which requires a paid key to use. A free and much more safer way to rip is with Intel GPA however I'm not sure if it can rip from xenia as i tested it and from what it seems it only works on DirectX11 games and earlier (xenia builds use Vulkan?) once it rips them the meshes are all separate and need to be reattached and resized correctly and textures can be exported however it doesn't export UV data from the meshes.... A custom CMD script is required to extract the UV data from the meshes that is on GITHUB... Renderdoc can also apparently rip meshes but i haven't tried it yet but some people say that can rip meshes too... However it seems that Intel GPA doesn't set antivirus alarms off like Ninja Ripper and Renderdoc.... The problem here is that Xenia uses Vulkan and only some rippers support it for intel GPA to work correctly it would need a DX11 build of Xenia to work properly... Might attempt to rip with Intel GPA but at most it could rip is the textures and meshes if I'm lucky. Here's an example as to how Intel GPA rips.... Textures are stored in Drawindexed and can be exported.... 350Z Roadster and Dino 246 GTS should be the easiest to export and port over as you just need the convertible parts and use the normal non convertible variants as a base. Solstice could use the Saturn Sky as a base as the cars share platforms.. Diablo GT maybe could use the Countach as a base A4 Touring car,Truimph Daytona 955i and Cadillac Sixteen don't have anything similar so you'd be on your own....

  18. The issue is the file endianness is flipped. The 360 uses big endian while PC uses little endian. You need to convert each file to little endian to make them compatible with PC tools. Plus, the files themselves might be different formats like they are on the PS2 port so it could be quite a big job honestly. There's some things you can take, the database is unencrypted on 360 for example and while you can't extract the bnk because of the endianness, you can open it with Notepad++ and read all the data, but yeah big effort.

  19. Funny, stumbled across this thread randomly while doing the same thing. All the files are in the `CarPack.big` archive, just when extracted they lose their names and folder structure, linked here is my archive of everything named correctly and the folder structure restored. Sadly since the `bnk` archive format between PC and 360 is just different enough to where PC tools can't load 360 files, and copy pasting the file header wasn't the quick fix I was hoping for, so getting any of this to work may take a fair amount effort from someone with reasonable knowledge of the game and its file formats.

  20. Looks like we have some progress on the ResHax forum! Apparently the meshes can be extracted from the bnk files with shark-otay's hex2obj _0.25b_TDUnl and his make_H2O_TDU_bnk script However the problem here is that the meshes need to be assembled (need to be placed properly) and the UV maps are non existent as of now. (They either would have to be recreated or ported somehow...) The Triumph Daytona 955i has some problems with the script... I'm a bit busy right now so if anyone wants to try it out here's the thread about it. Thread:https://reshax.com/topic/1831-test-drive-unlimited-xbox-360-bnk-files Porting will have to be done this way or either with Ninja Ripper 2.0.10 onwards (requires a paid key to work)

    bnk Files

Hey guys new to the club... Milli, most excellent job with Platinum... I've been working on a list of all the cars with their corresponding bnk files, so that I could change cars for ones I like more. My harddrive where I saved it all got wiped. I would like to know which bnk file corresponds to the Lamborghini Murcielago LP640-4 if anyone knows... Thanks

  29. Xenia has a install DLC content function. What it essentially does is that it unpacks the DLC and puts it in the content folder this is where save games are stored and DLCs the folder for TDU is called 494707D4 it unpacks the DLC in the 00000002 folder here is the unpacked DLC and it shows the files i mentioned above CarPack.big,Carpack.map and contentdesc.xml. My guess is that the .big file contains the assets due to how much bigger it is compared to the two others. I haven't managed to open them yet tried FinalBIG says that its a unknown format and runs out of memory when trying to open it... Either try to extract it somehow or RIP the models directly from the Xenia Emulator however I'm not even sure if that's possible at the moment. TDU models are in the 3DG/BNK format what i find interesting in the DAT files QuickBMS gave me in the hex i noticed that the larger files contain both 3DG and BNK names alongside the 2db texture names in the dat file so it means that the models are infact stored here.....

  30. Hey folks, so I wanted to ask if I can modify races (e.g. change the cars required for car delivery missions or something like that) to spice up the experience. I also play with the thought of maybe trying to create a "vintage edition" of TDU. My idea is to only use cars released before '94, so basically only young- and old timers. To do so I would need to modify certain races anyway, e.g. the ones requiring Saleens or I'd need to increase the time limit on certain events etc. Can it be done? Best wishes, Aenigma

  32. Sorry to Zombie this threat but does someone know? There is a vintage version of platinum but by the creator's own admission you can't finish it cause of the top model, courier and hitchhiker missions...

  33. View File TDU Advanced Options [Lost tool] Hey! Here is a simple tool made by speeder during early stages of Project Paradise (2014 if I remember correctly). As far as I know it is quite lost as I asked Speeder about it a few years ago (probably 4 years ago, time flies) and he didn't have it. It is usefull to unlock all the roads and that's what I used it for. I don't remember it being uploaded somewhere else than the original TDU France forum. 35. Hi to all, so I have question about TDUF and Natan edition. The issue is when I try to install performance patch for any car, TDUF shows me that Natan edition has over 220 errors so I fix the errors with TDUF but then game is missing a lot of cars and delarships from game. If I leav the game as is I can not import performance pack so I am not sure how to get around the problem. I would be thankfull if any of you have solution for this problem. i did try many things to fix this problem but games crashes and can not be played or I am stuck with missing cars and delerships. Thank you for help guys.

  38. Seeing as how I didn't know this post was a thing until now, hopefully I'm not too late to request something. I'm going to list a bunch of cars. They are in no particular order, but Ithey are just some things I'd personally like to see in the game. Porsche 911 Targa (930, 991, 992 all work) Porsche Cayman Porsche Boxster BMW E46 (M3 as well as a 330i Sedan and/or wagon model if it's possible) BMW E30 BMW E36 BMW E39 BMW M1 Aston Martin DBS Superleggera Porsche 911 (930 generation. I know a more modern variant is already confirmed) Spyker C8 Laviolette (along with any and every other Spyker in existance. Just yes.) Bugatti Chiron Lamborghini Miura Lamborghini Gallardo Lamborghini Murcielago Lamborghini Aventador Lamborghini Urus VW Golf GTI (any gen) Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG Rolls Royce (literally any of them) Bentley Continental Supersports Jaguar F-Type Land Rover Defender (old and new) Land Rover Range Rover Land Rover Evoque Hummer H3 (V8. the in-game H3 has the 5-cylinder engine, which is way underpowered. The V8 would be on par with every other car in its class. Could be easily done as well, you only need to edit the performance figures) Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk Mini Cooper S/JCW More up-to-date McLarens including the 570S, 600LT, 720S, Senna McLaren F1 On top of these, I would also like to see some more retro cars such as- Chevrolet Bel-Air 1957 1929/1930 Ford Model A (These have several different body styles, all of which would be interesting to see in the game) Cadillac Series 62 Kaiser Darrin Fiat 500 (the original 500) Porsche 356 Aston Martin DB5 Aston Martin V8 Bentley Turbo R 1957 Plymouth Fury/Belvedere (these two are actually the same model, just one has two doors and the other has 4) Maserati 3500 (not fast but damn beautiful) Bugatti Type 57C 1935 Rolls Royce Phantom 1 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud 1/2 I reserve the right to add more to this list as I come up with more. Obviously I'm not expecting to see every one of these, but any of them would be good additions.
