  1. After some more thinking I would probably put forward a BMW 4-series coupe.
  2. Any cars still made of steel these days as I do believe that was a fundamental reason he picked the DeLorean. Also the style. :p It's quite a hard thing to put into the same ideals as the DeL as you cannot go crazy in price and some of the best choices for me are older than 2010+.
  3. I think you can have until the 27th before the 2015 dates fully run out, so if you're going to watch BTTF Part II in the days it is set then that's your final day to do so.
  4. Excellent, thanks for that list. Will try and source media for them as we like to have proof when listing them.
  5. With Back to the Future now in the past, the next future of the movies is Blade Runner in 2019... well actually it's Running Man in 2017 but umm we might just sidestep that one right? :oook:
  6. Saw the BMW tweet but not the other. Will update this list with those of the Wild Run this week.
  7. Laser-scanned Hell More than a year after it was originally announced that iRacing was to bring a laser-scanned version of the Nürburgring Nordschleife to their racing title, do we now have an end date for the tracks actual release of this coming December. For more than half a year, work has been busy on the development of the track where the aim is to make their rendition the *WARNING! buzzwords ahead* "most definitive" version available in a racing game to date. Earlier this year back in April, the Nordschelife and the Grand Prix circuit were already modelled from the laser-scanned data and information that had been collected. Most of the work since then has been in combining these to make up the combined circuit, creation of all the smaller world elements such as barriers, buildings and the scenery; including a petrol pump that has a valid reason for being 'out of order'. Those of you who have been lucky enough to experience the Tourist laps, a Ring-Taxi ride or who have simply caught a glimpse of the Nürburgring webcams will recognise the Tourist centre area. And in a nice touch, iRacing will give players the chance to participate in the tourist lap experience before jumping online and racing against others or perhaps even as a practice session before taking a trip to to tackle the real thing. With the video informing that the footage being seen is still in development and that the polish phase is currently on-going with more visual improvements to come in the "final polish", what is already being shown looks impressive. And for the almost roller coaster like ride the Nordschleife is said to provide it will be one iRacing players are likely to thoroughly enjoy.
  8. Saw that, first pair to him with public versions being auctioned/offered for charity in Spring 2016.
  9. I really enjoyed that, a special day made even more so because of the wait for that date.
  10. Just waiting on this Keith Lemon tribute crap to be over so I can finish the trilogy. And I haven't seen that programme cal but I've heard it is basically the Doc and Marty in it.
  11. Part II finished. Now debating whether to watch this Keith Lemon thing or kill time until 22:30 when Part III comes on.
  12. Today is the day that Doc, Marty and Jennifer head to in the second of the Back to the Future trilogy. This date has been etched into my mind since the very first time I watched the film, thinking of the age I would be and what the world could be like -- dreaming of that hover board! Knowing that after today that the future of that film will actually be in the past is really quite head-squeezing. You watch films set in the future and spot specific dates and then they come about and it's like we're living that date right now and that always makes me a bit :derp:. Despite the worrying non-announcements of DeLoreans coming to games as free content I can chill from 4:29 PM because ITV2 in the UK is going to be showing the whole trilogy from then with a tribute programme showing before the final film later tonight. Are you going to be watching them in your neck of the woods? Cool video of Doc Brown from Universal Pictures.
  13. evo have posted their review and video of the McLaren 570S. McLaren 570S review - prices, specs and 0-60 time | Evo
  14. Hello Maranello After the understated reveal that the Ferrari F40 was coming to Need for Speed (NFS) it was wondered what else from the Maranello stable, if anything, would come with it? Well there is at least one more, as the next of the Prancing Horses to be shown is the more recent 458 Italia coupé. These two cars are separated by around 20 years but they are held in high regards to the fun they deliver to whoever's lucky enough to be driving. With the F40 this is mainly down to weight being the core idea, with paint so thin you could see the carbon fibre weave underneath and the welds from the welding inside as coverings were seen as unnecessary additional weight. At the opposite end of that time frame, the 458 - which has since been superseded by the 488 GTB - used large swathes of technology and clever computing to make the driver look like a lot more adept than what they really were, keeping them from heading towards the nearest ditch when in the throws of some spirited driving. Seeing Ferrari in car games may not seem that out of the ordinary but you have to remember that NFS will have extensive customisation and Police -- two things that Ferrari have never really cared to have their cars seen with. Need for Speed is out in November for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One with PC coming in Spring 2016.
  15. Just watched Ozz's and stu's recorded streams and thoroughly enjoyed what I saw. hassan's leap of joy at the start was a bit strange but hey maybe he knew he was heading for a win. Despite the creative means of using the track limits the racing when it got close was hard fought and it was good to see some waiting to see who brakes first and then hanging on for dear life hoping to make the turn (170m is too late to brake stu!). That wee KTM is a rocket and that is to be expected considering the lightweight open-wheeler that it is. In the later stages of the race someone appears to have hit the tyre wall hard. Who was it? Looked a lot of fun though, with some good racing, passes, chasing and also some dodgy driving resulting in spinouts (cal!) and some trips into the gravel. Bring on Round 3!
  16. Needs a touch more TLC but you can see it's certainly well driven.
  17. Damn it! Wish I'd been about earlier to watch this. Will need to catch up after the Rugby.
  18. Those are some nice pics of clothes. Not sure I would buy them though, unless they were going in a nice frame. :cheeky:
  19. NINE-TIME WORLD CHAMPION!! Milestone Studios has announced that Sébastien Loeb Rally Evo (SLRallyEvo) is being pushed back slightly from its original October 2015 date to early 2016. To go with the official new release date of January 29th 2016 a trailer has also been released. Based around the phenomenal career of the most successful driver in the World Rally Championship (WRC) with a mind-blowing nine! WRC Championships to his name, players will be able to race around hundreds of kilometres of rally stages in eight different rallies, tackle the infamous Pikes Peak and try out some Rally Cross action too. The car selection consists of 50 models from 20 manufacturers and encompasses many historic and legendary examples such as the Alpine-Renault, classic Mini, Lancia Stratos, the monster Ford RS200 and more. The chance for players to customise their cars is not often seen in rally games, but in SLRallyEvo there is the choice of 20 different liveries, special materials that can be applied to the body, race number, plate and stickers! providing the opportunity of making the car that bit more personalised. Sébastien Loeb will be available for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Windows PC/Steam on the 29th of January 2016. Source: Sébastien Loeb Rally Evo website
  20. Bring on the impressions! Those are some nice grabs you've caught there nfsMIB.
  21. NEED M POWER CAPTAIN The BMW M2 Coupé has only recently been unveiled to the world officially but already we are hearing that we will be driving it in Need for Speed in November. Making its gaming debut in the NFS reboot, the M2 has been given a trailer where we see it tearing up the streets of Ventura Bay with more of the M Power family. Accompanied by the legendary E30 M3, E46 M3 (original Most Wanted fans rejoice!), E92 M3 and the not too long on the scene M4, the cars race, slide and even stop in a tunnel to give you a smile. Pumping out 370bhp/272kW and throwing out a peak torque output of 343 lb-ft/465 Nm (369 lb-ft/500 Nm with short bursts under overboost) from the brand-new turbocharged 3-litre six-cylinder in-line engine, the M2 has gone back to basics but with a dollop of modern thinking. In watching the video, myself personally sees more of the original M3's DNA in this new M2. It might just be due to the somewhat similar look and size but I do see something there. Need for Speed is out for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One from November 3rd 2015. PC in Spring 2016. PS: Apologies for the bad pun title. Source: needforspeed.com
  22. Seeing this car and an E30 playing around along with the other M3s made me realise the M2 is more like the old M3 in its look.
  23. That colour is gorgeous. I just want to jump in head first..... because it looks like a paradise blue sea, not because I want to damage it or anything.
  24. Maybe the non dash Beta is the Beta for the Beta? Betaception. :para:
