EA wouldn't do anything with the TD license mate, they have a habit of buying up competitor IP's and binning them or at least just keeping hold of them anyway. Think about it, Need for Speed is their racing title so TD would be surplus. I could honestly see Ubisoft snatching it if it did become available.

Blogger is free as is a sub-domain WordPress hosted site. Plenty of options and themes for both, just got to play around with them and get used to it. Might be an idea to take this to a new thread?

Yep, Seb Tix. I've noticed him posting around a few forums and such like rFactor and sharing some of his cockpit movement mods. He looks like he is handling device support for Ivory's game so wheel support should be good. rolling can you not sneak in under a table at Ivory and find out something, anything for us? :lol:

Why should it die? If anything it's better to rebirth a popular and iconic brand than kill it. Ok the damage can be done but people are fickle and will come back to something if it's improved under the new owners.

They won't entertain the idea at all now as they won't want to admit that TDU2 is crap for a start, but the main thing that stops any chance of your request being acknowledged is that they are completely useless. The only way you could do this is if you bought Atari and did it yourself. :hmmm:

Even today more than 6 years on or thereabouts (depending on your platform) the best TDU type game is in fact TDU. Others have done better aspects such as graphics and customisation; Midnight Club Los Angeles, bigger environment and smoother roads; TDU2 and of course the handling and sounds with Forza Horizon. Not one of them has been able to package it all up like TDU did though, it had the big environment, it encouraged being social without giving you tons of social tools and the driving was 'ok' for all types of player from casual to sim-racer. Even today due to modding, players are picking up the game and megapack where they can and enjoying the game offline which says a lot about it.
