    I'll get it (as cheap as possible) to support SMS with pCARS and possibly even TDU3. Plus both Shift 1 & 2 physics could be improved with mods so I see no reason why it shouldn't be possible with this game on pc.

    Installed it on an old laptop at work and so far the only thing I'm impressed with is the startup time. 8.5 seconds on a 5 year old netbook. You have to drag the lock screen up like you would on a phone which is annoying though Within 10 minutes of use I'm already searching for apps though: Windows8 StartMenu

    I can tell you what others think of it :) pCARS members are currently making/submitting/refining trailers for pCARS to be sent to GT later as well. I'd have a go but don't have enough time and wouldn't be as good as some of the others.

    Programs that modify other running programs are always likely to be shown as unsafe by anti-malware software. It comes down to knowing what the program is supposed to do and trusting its developer. In this case CamHack has to 'hack into' TDU2.exe

    My crappy time was set using the CSR with the G25 drivers, the wheel worked but was nowhere near optimal setup and I could barely push the car if I wanted to do a clean lap. They released a patch for the CSR but I won't be able to play before Friday anyway, had to work today.

    That home-made shifter adapter is more expensive than I was expecting. £74.00 GBP shipped to Melbourne, and it doesn't even come in a box (just an exposed PCB as shown here) and is practically half the price of the shifter itself. http://i870.photobucket.com/albums/ab267/gslooney/IMG_0836_web.jpg So that's $114 AUD + $249 for the shifter = $365 which seems a bit of a ripoff. Then again, I've already spent loads in losing my G25 shifter, and there's no news on when the Fanatec CSS will be available and for what extortionate price, so who knows? I only tend to use the H shifter when speed/lap times aren't important (cruising, driving slower cars in GT5, etc).

    What that actually means I have no idea. Maybe they just changed the sliders so they're not back to front any more, or something else that's pointless in the grand scheme of things.
