  1. Stop using a no-dvd hack.
  2. I installed a weather mod that did that once (although everything was bright in rear-view). Gave me a good 2 hours of fun trying really hard to see where I was going
  3. If we were still using Win98 - I'd record that laugh from the tennis video and make it my Windows Startup sound. (I don't do customizing stuff nowadays as much).
  4. This has always been a problem with me on some cars - never bothered pursuing the cause or solution for it. You could use the modding tools to change the gearbox from flappy paddle to H shifter is you want.
  5. EA owns the license for them still, along with Porsche
  6. Ford Mustang - some old and some new

    Swedes!

I'm getting confused as to which of these threads about Andai are in the TDUC section and which are in the SL section :oook:
  8. I might actually finish off (or get 20% into) Forza 3 with this. I hope the wheel sensitivity/linearity can be adjusted though - didn't look to great there. Also have to check if FFB is there.
  9. What do you get when you cross a Pagani Zonda and Ferrari Italia? http://ll.speedhunters.com/u/f/eagames/NFS/speedhunters.com/Images/Linhbergh2011/January2011/gallery/paganihuayra/03-pagani-huayra.jpg
  10. berry nice :)
  11. Mostly Race 07 + addons. Tried iRacing for a bit as well. Have GTR2 but it doesn't work online.
  12. I voted for :) since I'm always trying to freak people out by opening my car windows remotely (using the key fob).
  13. When you've played a lot of driving games and driven in real life, car control becomes second nature. Sure, different types of cars require small adaptions to keep them on the road, but after 2 minutes you can predict how a car will respond to situation and take measures to control it. Using a bunch of cars, you could not predict when the car would lose traction, and how it would respond - it was contrary to nature. As soon as you lost traction, you had no hope of controlling the slide, you couldn't turn the wheel fast enough, and if you could, you had no precision so instead of spinning out you'd fish-tail for a bit and lose speed speed.
  14. Who makes a car that long and only sticks 2 doors on it anyway :( :fp:
  15. Poll added - those who posted above can now vote officially.
  16. Considering you can write whatever you want on the car itself, I don't think personal number plates would be a problem, or be 100% necessary.
  17. Cool. Shame we don't get to witness stuff like that much nowadays.
  18. Just send an email to the address in the error message like it asks you to explaining your situation. They can increase the number of activations if they want.
  19. Welcome. There's a few sim fans here too, of which I'm one.
  20. Or like BobbyVey, Dustwave, pyrre, Andrius, maroonstigjlr, etc, etc. :)
  21. Ouch - I don't like this one bit - and the name is even worse - how do you even pronounce that? Makes Hyundai seem easy to pronounce :p
  22. Those who I played with who customised their cars generally did a good job (better than me anyway). Shadow had awesome dark red stripes on his black Audi Q7. Someone (perhaps Dan) had an L plate on the front of his car - and someone else wrote their name/alias on both sides of their car - looked very good. I'm sure some people will try to ruin their Ferrari as much as possible :)
  23. Besides the force feedback - I didn't like how he said the handling was 'unpredictable', which has been my experience as well previously.
