Sponge wins. :)

I loosened the Force feedback on my wheel and ticked 'Let the game screw with your settings' in the Logi profiler which made the cars much more easier to control - but yeah you have to be careful with your inputs, and some cars are much harder than others. We might have to start competing by means of comparing our records on the leaderboard. I might setup another thread for that and leave this as the news thread. ---------- Post added at 09:09 AM ---------- Previous post was at 08:45 AM ---------- Here's the challenge thread: Project CARS Leaderboard challenges

Since there are a growing number of TDUCkers playing pCARS and online multiplayer is currently being built (chat about online co-op career sounds interesting), let's start off with some friendly time trial competitions. NB - Don't try too hard at this, since leaderboards are reset if a new build features big enough changes to the physics or force feedback. As of November 2012 everyone is now on the new tyre model. Compare all player records here: Mielie_NL Ryzza5 T3hReaper91 Pyrre Pressurized Scar JaLaRu Acid44 GTAMADDOG Sponge ozzmcom SuperHyper Mellors DanG323i Googlproxer Destroyer-GT Patch Dustie Who MrLolololXD TDUFREAK500 Kelvy Mr Softie Sorted by UserID (when you joined). Perhaps we'll pick a certain car and track combo and focus on that as a weekly challenge. At the end of the week I'll pick someone at random (out of those who participated) to pick the next combo. Have a look at your avatar picture ;) WMD Forum -
Fastest in it class and best offroader in that game, it's the only way I can somewhat enjoy TDU2 (feels like an old 90's rally game).

Thanks Ozz

Did you use a high cut/low gloss polish first, followed by medium then low cut/high gloss?

The only problem with banning them is that they might find a better game that we all like and ruin our fun therein. :cheeky:

No worries I'll be down there sometime this week - just have to buy some eggs first  :jk:

There's a few Melbournians around here - I reckon we'd let you spam one advert for your business :)

Thanks for the post. I checked some old photos I took after only washing the car on previous occasions and there's some decent reflection on the sides, and no marks or swirls that I can recall seeing (besides stone chips on the bonnet) so I've decided to leave out the polishing kit and get the other two kits for $150. All that ^ was covered in the clinic - was a great session. Does your shop fix stone chips/respray? I'd prefer a touch-up job instead of a whole respray but if you can do special rates for friends then I'd be somewhat interested. It's funny how much extra everyone charges when it's an insurance job. :p

Indeed it was, since I was able to find it and bump it without too much hassle. After learning all the basics intermediates of car detailing yesterday I'm thinking of buying some proper kits and having a go. My only concerns are: 1. Starting cost is quite high compared to just washing the car. 2. Time needed to detail the whole car would be many hours (nearly a full day for a first time) 3. Need shady conditions, preferably undercover, I don't have that 4. It'll just get dirty again later. Anyway, here are the kits I'm looking at purchasing. If you're able to cast your helpful feedback this way, please make use of the reply box below. :) Wash kit Lube & Clay kit Polishing kit Total cost is just under $400 delivered.

Anyone got new videos?

When people start saying goodbye, you have limited time to exact your revenge on those who crashed into you during the cruise.

It's funny seeing the accused cheaters post there

TDU2 DLC2 should be free or at least.....

:fp: As long as the people working on fixing TDU2 are the same people who made TDU2 we're gonna have issues. -
AMD always release first though, don't they? Patience is a virtue.
