    Your not alone there Clarence...I'm in the 918 corner as well. Looks alone, the others just don't do it for me...less so the Ferrari, which i think is one of the worst looking cars to come from Maranello. Theres a reason why Pininfarina & Ferrari should work together. I could go on a massive rant about the 3 cars, but I wont as most, if not all would disagree with me & 2, Im not after a Q&A about why I should't dislike X about whatever.

    Keeping this to the new new ones, as although that's in the same class/category, everyone seems to be pitting the Hybrid 3 agents each other.

    The Hyper-3 Bad thread name, but oh well. Anyway, since the current HyperCar battle is seen between 3 cars, this is a simple "what do you prefer" out of the 3! So try to have no fighting, no bickering and no holding up copy's of magazines & webpages* and no "I think X car should be in because"... just a right up "I like x because of whatever reason". Mmmmkay? So here are the contenders: The McLaren p1... [ATTACH]20016[/ATTACH] The Porsche 918... [ATTACH]20017[/ATTACH] The Ferrari LaFerrari [ATTACH]20018[/ATTACH] So there you have it, the 3 Amigos or the Good, The Bad & the Ugly!** *unless they contain anything to do with Pixie lott ** Make your own mind on what is what!

    @Robik94 : It's not a lightweight, just a low drag coupe. The Lightweights are rare, and as Merc said the low drags are even rarer. The lightweight has a different shape, looking like the drop top E-Type but with a cheap hard top roof put on. The one pictured, is't an original but made to be a low drag. Can't for the life of me remember who is was done by, but it would't surprise me if it was Eagle as the workman ship on it was truly stunning!

    So the other weekend I was at a supercar meet at a cafe locally to me... So though i'd add some spam... Bit of the line up... And more..but mostly the Lambo's ass... Low Drag coupe... Tuscan's cockpit and more of what was on offer... And an AC Cobra with some grinning idiot giving his approval of it. ;) Got more of the stuff that turned up later if anyone wants, or see it all at Blown Turbos. :cool:

    Your lucky this is't facebook, or your'd have a comment about how "insert semi-obscure car here, that was only made for a year in very limited quantities and is actually just a performance edtion of an existing car in game, and even though I could make a copy of said car I cant do that as it has to be the actual car or i'll boycott the game" Also joke aside, something about if there is/is't a livery system? :nods:

    I watched Princess Mononoke the other week and was complacently different from the sort of anime i'd normally watch, but my friends wanted to see it. Actually got into it! Was the dubbed one and I felt some of the voices diddent seem to match up with the person, but other than that it was good. @Loz: Is Angel beats good? One of my friends mentioned it briefly and was going to look it up soon.

    Did I really read a handful of comments on here bashing German car design? And it was't me saying this? :eek2: :lol: Anyway joking aside and back ontopic. Anyone seeing the Maserati Alfieri and thinking "that'll be the GranTurismo's replacement" or is that just me? And as Merc said, the S-Class coupe looks a good-un! Looks better than the S-Class Saloon! :drool:

    So it's that time of year again guys & girls! Sure alot of it has been leaked or shown before today, but it's today that alot of the technical & mechanical stuff gets let out to go along with the pictures! So being simple, whats your highlights? What's surprised you...and if there is any, your biggest letdown? Highlights: New Twingo for me. [ATTACH]19968[/ATTACH] Why? Rear engined RWD in a small car. top engine is the 900cc TCe from the Clio, sporting 89hp & 100lb ft torques, coupled to a 5 speed manual transmission. Should be a fair car to hoon around! Need to see what the sport/Gordini model offers up (Personally, expecting upwords of 100Hp minimum, but sadly the RS wont be coming back), but this car is firmly on my radar for next year! Info: Autocar & Evo. Also a shoutout to the Jeep Renegade, which looks like it can do what the Suzuki jimny has done for years!(A Small car with real off-road capabilitys) and Honda for getting more of the new Civic Type-R out there! letdown? Well not really a let down, more a case of "Gee another one? I though they stopped making them already " for the Bugatti Veyron Legend. So whats your up's & downs? :cool:

    For both of us it'd depend on what parts. Stuff like oil, filters, plugs and such are easy to do yourself, but it depends on if you follow manufacture specs for what else you do I guess. I'm only getting all the belts & timing done because the cars service history only go's for the first 3 years & 35,000 miles of its life! So I've no idea if the timing has every been redone! And on a car like Mr.Lol's Supra it'd be more important and such.

    Thats the one....always get it wrong, but personally 'Original Manufacture Equipment' works just as well, if not better! ;) - Anyway, new alloy/tyre is coming soon. After that it's the big one! 100,000 Miles is only 2,014 miles away! So going to get the timing and all the belts done, as well as get that CV joint sorted! :D

    Doubt anyone will find it funny but... [ATTACH]19943[/ATTACH] To understand it, it's to do with the UK car tax system. In other words, I paid my tax online but I'm waiting for the disc to be sent. I've put this in place of my tax disc. ;)

    This was't taken by me, but my friend who was with me today. So give him a like over on his Facebook page, as he's with me for 90% of the car stiff I go to! :D Thats me & the other guy I do the Blown Turbos facebook page with, looking like a bunch of grinning idiots. So again, cheers to my mate who's took the photo. And all he ask's in return is some shameless advertising from me, so like his page! :lol: *Image is linked from FaceBook, so reduced quality sadly.

    Seeing all the hate for post MG/R MG, it's got patched History but actually a rather nice car, both the 3 & the 6. But Rather than start a "Calster Vs. others because he thinks X car is good and others think car Y is good"...I'll post this insted. ;) Nothing fancy, just a 700Bhp Lamborghini V12 from the Aventador. Why poor quality? Because phone camera and slight hangover, expect some better pictures of this and more later when I A) Dump a few photos here that my friend took on his camera, or B) make a new thread for to avoid the photo dump.
