    speaking of bugs, i can't play races properly since by starting any race it spawns me on the grass at the lighthouse on the south west of the crater, making it particularly frustrating on delivery missions, any idea why it is so? not sure if its related to patch 1.68 or what exactly since i reinstall everything at once before starting the game.

    files with "off" at the beginning are the decelerating samples (when you're off the throttle), self-explanatory what "on" is then. low-mid-high are the states of the revs. low revs are like 1000-3000 rpm, mid is 3000-6000 and high is 6000>. Obviously the numbers are an example and not specific in practical use since its depending on the rev range and the samples, but you get the point

    some cars have a link, some don't as far as I recon. For example, my mods are purged there specifically. I'm not even sure if it has download links in general tbh.

    You can replace any car by renaming the files. What mod makers usually say mean when they write "replacing" is which slot the car was built on and works without changes to the files. But you can rename the files and replace any other car (database requires more work)

Also, I especially don't know why you don't want to do that in TDUF, concdering you didn't even open TDUMT before asking that otherwise you'd instantly see this here: but yeah, sure, you can do that in TDUMT too.

    It's spreading like a wild fire this morning, but in case you didn't know, the marketing budgeds for Take Two Interactive (publishers of GTA) was revealed by company files. from April 2023 to March 2024 they plan on spending $89 Million on marketing. This previously happened short of release of RDR2. (note, the files were changed from $78 Million for FY2023 to $89 Million for FY2024) It could also be for Rockstar Table Tennis 2 tho Sauce:
