Maybe this has already been asked. I am not sure though but I might as well try. Is it possible to transfer TDU1 physics to TDU2. If not just transferring the file setup. Why not just decrypt the TDU1 physics setup and copy that into the TDU2 physics setup. Also edit the tire grip and acceleration linearity, etc. any takers?

Hello everyone, I've recently returned to the TDU:c forums and I've noticed that a few brake and camera mods have been released. But I've started this thread primarily to ask if, are there any mods that somewhat 'restore' the handling and physics to that of TDU 1 (or better), and how. I was a huge fan of TDU 1, I spent countless hours cruising around in my modded cars and was very pleased when they announced the sequel. However, I heard so much criticism about TDU 2's handling and physics system when it released that I refrained from buying it, as all the cool new features would make no difference if the driving was not enjoyable, and I'm sure I was not alone in thinking this. I thought this thread may also serve as a way of publicising and reviewing existing physics mods that have been released and comparing their effects to TDU 1 (which in my mind had a near perfect handling and physics system for cruising) in order to inform others of the progress that is being made in solving the issues. Cheers P.S: Having not been on the forum's in a while I'm somewhat out of the loop, so if I've missed the release of a huge official handling-fixing patch then I'm sorry and feel free to give me abuse :P haha!

*double-checks I have enough posts to request* If a bunch of us are going to start a new profile, we'd like to avoid using the normal handling mode and use Hardcore mode physics immediately (even if our names don't show a H when cruising). Are these physics contained in any files that can be swapped? Are there other variables that can be injected with new values to unlock this early. Hopefully some modding guru's out there take up this challenge.

Hello, I'm making a physics for BMW M3 E36 and a don't have any experience with it. I'm trying to do it good but I have some problems. I'm using TDU PE. The hand of tachometer is going over the scale when I'm accelerating. A piece of front tires is under the ground. I think the suspension isn't good. And between the tire and the rim there is a gap. I'm using the Grin's model, Daur rims by Tool, VR6 sound by Urban. It's a great combination. The wheel use is recommended for better control of the car, and I remember again, that you need a different 'pilot style', because this is 'more real', better, making it impossible to make bends at 400km/h. All values have changed. The car's torque with a minimally higher (approximately 5nm) and 5 ~ 10HPs due to a supposed simple modification of exhaust and filter. From the beginning of ages, I've never been able to install the physics of any car because the game always crashed, then and now with a new clean installation, i can't do it. Someone can help me? I do this: 1.Clean installation. 2.Patch 1.66A 3.(Car megapack) 4.Patch 1.68B 5.Patch HD 6.TDUPE 7.New Skyline, sound and car mod 8.Open TDUPE, Import R32 Physics (only with a few physics gives me error.... for example, i can put supra physics.... and games crash only "sometimes", but crash also). Slightly based on the Diablo GT ala Atari. However with accurate data and foremost a more realistic driving experience. These versions released have more grip than what i personally like, but put it down in the high 800's if you want more tail action. I did not implement the correct Camera/IK's, thats something you have to fix yourself. I am also hoping the colors stick too, i haven't tested using these on new slots. :/ Two versions of the SV, one for Tool831's and one for Miha2795's Diablo. Other than the correct ride height they have the same data.
