1. No Noticable Photoshopping (Apart from Borders, Brightness/ Contrast, Your Name/Logo)

 

The fact that other members commented on your use of lens flare and that it was not allowed means it was noticed, and hence, goes against the competition rules.

That's completely untrue, at least 21 different people have won PotW out of the previous 35 competitions, so how can you say it's always the same?
