I'm sure that most will tell you DB9. (as the forum is like 60% British and we all know that Brits are known for their patriotism). But let me be in the minority and tell you to choose the Gallardo. I won't mention reasons why, as probably someone will oppose me later.

Driving expirience, Tom. So that means, a small track or a deserted air field. A company brings some cars, so the customers can test them for free. I don't think anyone would allow Mike to have a long cruise in a DB9. :p

Lol, some things are upside-down in France. :p

The point of a driving experience is that you test the car, a group of moustaches then tell you all about the new driving technologies, systems and tecniques. And if you like the car, you can buy it. That's their point. Paying to drive a Gallardo that will never be yours is erm...French. :D

A) I'm flying to england to do it, nothing to do with france :p

B) Driving experiences are quite popular, and in the UK its not advertising or test driving, you just pay for a trackday in someone else's supercars

Not necessarily, nearly all UK race tracks host driving experiences. In many cases you can have the day with your chosen car or test a variety. To say it's only small tracks and airfields is a little incorrect.
