At least before TDU2 appears maybe we should have a better knowledge about Test Drive dont you think?

Well I found this video showing almost all Test Drives games in history ( 23 Years of gaming that's incredible)

Enjoy it ;)

Want my honest opinion? I think all TD games prior TDU were totally crap games, way behind the competition. U clearly see the major leap between 2002 and 2006. Something extraordinary happened in that time. Fortunately. ;)

Wow, this is amazing. It not only shows the evolution of driving games and Test Drive, but the evolution of computers and graphics as well ;) I'm going to keep saying: I can't wait until they bring out TDU2!

+1

Even the one right before TDU (Forget the name) was complete crap. Luckily they turned it around :)

I remember playing the original Test Drive on a 386. I was able to get a police ticket whereas my dad would always crash. I also rented Test Drive 5 on PSX once but wasn't a big fan of the physics or the countdown checkpoint races. If they made more of the games on PC I might've played more, but I was always on the NFS side of the fence at the time.

All I can say is that I hope the offroad features of TDU2 don't draw too much inspiration from their old offroad games. I'm hoping, you could even say 'expecting' that the physics on dirt roads when rallying are very similar to Dirt2 where I can left foot brake to slide around corners, etc. I'll be a happy pumpkin then
