Of course TDU2 will have clouds. Keep in mind that Ibiza is a different location, so the weather is different there. The graphics in TDU2 are much better than the first game, and the game is not complete yet, so there's no need to worry this early.

 

Gotta love venomscotts reply though: You can't have rain without clouds ;)

Exactly what I was thinking. I'm sure Ibiza can go a week with barely a cloud in the sky. We managed it in England for about 3 or 4 days.

I'd rather have excellent detail to the cars and physics rather than good detail to the clouds.

It's a negative side-effect of being mentioned by that Lee Kirton in the TDU2 interviews. They think it's important place over here (which it is) so they come here. More threads = more clear, or at least that's what they will think.

I think there are no clouds sometimes because of weather conditions in the real life.

No there is always clouds, just that due to the unfortunate angle of those shots you can't see the clouds that are behind the tree and building.

Don't forget that the position of the moon also has an effect on the visibility of clouds.
