released iLLusion: Car Light Flare

Never actually liked those TDU default light flares, so I've decided to update them with something different.

Since all cars are using same light flare, needless to say, all cars will be affected. Frankly, I'm a disappointed because Light_FX can only be saved as DXT1, hence quality is a bit low, as you've probably noticed.

 

Either way, it's worth a try, IMHO.
